Our Practice

 Druit G. Gremillion, Jr. is an experienced litigator with years of practice in and out of the courtoom. Druit has devoted a significant portion of his practice to representing law enforcement agencies against Section 1983 claims and other civil rights litigation. His principal areas of practice also include personal injury, premises liability, and general litigation. Druit also has significant experience representing clients before both state and federal courts of appeal.

Druit attended Louisiana State University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in the field of political science, with a minor in history. Druit then received his Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review, President of the Moot Court Board, and an officer in the Student Bar Association.
